Standard Reservations:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Changes and cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellation Procedure: You can cancel your reservation through our website or by calling our customer service at (888) 525-8486.
  • Late Cancellations: If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the full base fare will be charged.

No-Show Policy:

  • Definition: A no-show is when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location and does not cancel the reservation.
  • Charges: A no-show fee equal to the base fare and other applicable fees will be charged.
  • Avoiding No-Show Charges: If you have trouble locating your chauffeur, contact us immediately at (888) 525-8486 to avoid no-show fees.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • Non-Responsibility: Taxi Meter USA is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Full Refunds: Full refunds are available for reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be available for reservations canceled within 24 hours of the pickup time, subject to our review.

Processing Refunds:

  • Time Frame: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used during booking.


  • Non-Refundable Charges: Certain fees, such as discretionary gratuities, tolls, stops, voucher charges, telephone usage charges, surcharges for pets and extra in-car bags, waiting time, parking, and other service fees, are non-refundable.
  • Processing Fee: The processing fee is non-refundable as it covers various overhead expenses.

  • Notice Required: Modifications to your reservation, including changes to the pickup time or location, require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Additional Costs: Modifications may incur additional charges, depending on the changes requested and the time frame of the modification.
